A Gabala school student amazed everyone with their untuned piano performance

The magnificent performance of Alikhan Babayev, a 5th “a” grade student of Pərviz Osmanov Full Secondary School No. 2 in Gabala city, on an untuned piano is among the videos watched with great interest on social networks.

Aztəhsil.az reports, citing AZERTAC, that Alikhan is currently a 2nd-grade student at the Gabala City Children's Art School. His interest in music has not escaped the attention of not only his classmates but also the staff of the school he attends.

Some time ago, a new piano was brought to the educational institution he attends. For this reason, the musical instrument was not tuned. However, Alikhan seized the opportunity to demonstrate his skill and talent to his classmates. One of the teachers who recorded this performance on their phone highly praised Alikhan's talent. Alikhan, who quickly became popular among his classmates and the school staff, also gained recognition in the country.

As usual, when he comes to the art school, he loves such performances before classes. By repeatedly performing every note and musical piece he learns, he tries to accurately fulfill the assignments given by the teacher.

We chat with Alikhan during the break between classes. He states that he shows great interest and enthusiasm for music and loves learning the notes given by the teacher. The little pianist, stating, “When I came here two years ago, I had little idea about music. But here, all the teachers taught me the beauty of music and made me love it,” expresses his special gratitude to his specialty teacher, Kamala Karimova. Because Ms. Kamala works with him even outside of class hours, providing all her help to ensure he learns and performs the notes perfectly.
