VACANCY 

The Department of Vocational and Lifelong Education Programs of the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan is starting the selection of specialists for the purpose of compiling test questions for vocational specialties for the Teacher Recruitment (MIQ) exams.

Aztəhsil.az reports that the institute invites qualified personnel who meet the following requirements for cooperation:

Deep theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the vocational specialty;
Ability to determine the difficulty level of test items (easy, medium, difficult), construct distractors on a scientific basis, and align items with cognitive taxonomy levels (knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, etc.);
Experience in compiling questions using new methods (matching, cluster, situational, etc.) in accordance with the MIQ exam format and assessment framework;
Ability to express scientific and methodological ideas accurately and clearly in written form.
