450 thousand education workers will be provided with “TəhsilPlus” - What benefits will there be?

“TəhsilPlus” card serves to enhance the well-being and expand the opportunities of individuals working in educational institutions by providing various financial and social supports. We plan to provide cards to approximately 450,000 education workers”.

Aztəhsil.az reports that these remarks were made by Rasul Hashimov, Head of the Project Management Department of the Education Development Fund, at an event titled “TəhsilPlus Card: New Opportunities for Education Workers”.

He stated that the “TəhsilPlus” card can be used both as a salary card and as an access control tool for institutions: “Through the banking application, a 10 percent bonus is offered for BakıKart QR tickets, 5 percent for book and stationery categories, 5 percent for cinemas, 3 percent for some payments, and 2 percent for petrol stations, cafes and restaurants, and pharmacies. Card users will also have the right to choose 5 out of the 7 categories seen here.

In addition, “TəhsilPlus” cardholders gain direct access to the international “Mastercard Priceless Specials” program. This technology offers users exclusive discounts across various local and international partner networks”.

According to R. Hashimov, users can obtain detailed information about all active offers and this process both from the  mastercard.az website and by using the “Mastercard” chatbot: “Another innovative aspect of the project is the implementation of “digital pass” technology. This technology operates with a smart notification mechanism. When a user passes near any partner store or service center, an automatic notification regarding the available discount or concession at that location is sent to their phone”.
