At events organized for children, the display of tobacco products will not be permitted

The display of tobacco products is prohibited at events held for children.

Aztəhsil.az reports that this is reflected in the amendment proposed to the law "On restricting the use of tobacco products", which was discussed at today's session of the National Assembly.

According to the draft, the display of tobacco products and the process of tobacco use at events held for children, as well as the public broadcasting of works, performances, and programs that display tobacco products and the process of tobacco use, via airwaves or cable broadcasting, are prohibited.

The draft was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
