In civil service of persons who have achieved success in the test examination of the competition for administrative leadership and administrative executive positions TO THE ATTENTION OF

Aztəhsil.az reports based on DİM:

Candidates who successfully passed the test examination held on March 15 for positions corresponding to groups AB and AC of Type A (administrative leadership positions) and groups BA and BB of Type B (administrative executive positions) of civil service positions must, in order to obtain a certificate, from March 16 to April 7 at 18:00, access the //eservices.dim.gov.az/dqq/Xidmet/CertReg%20 link and fill out the application form. For the purpose of verifying the accuracy of the information provided by the candidate, scanned copies of the following documents must be attached to the form:

1. copy of the higher education document;
2. copy of the employment record book (if applicable);
3. Persons whose name or surname has changed must submit a copy of the document confirming the relevant change (marriage certificate, court decision, etc.).

If the accuracy of the information entered into the application form and the attached documents cannot be verified through state electronic information resources, the candidate must submit certified copies of the said document(s) in the prescribed manner, or for identification purposes, the original of these documents within 5 (five) business days to DİM (Ak. H. Aliyev Street, 299).
